Bus ticket system using VBA

Hie Guys...i am trying to work on a bus ticketing system as an assignment from a friend. My view of it is i need code to perform some of the functionality like printing ticket, etc. In my system there are 20 Buses, and 5 routes. Each bus has two drivers and these are cross boarder busses. So in the ticketing system i need to allocate track availability of seats in the bus to avoid double booking a seat. I also need to capture the details of the passengers (Name, Next of Kin, Phone Number, Address, Passport Number) then select destination and depature date allocate a seat and print the receipt.

Then i need this information to go on a database (As the database grows bigger i don't want this to cause the system to be slow). I also need an interface that will give a summary for a selected date or period. Im new to vba still learning but very keen on it. So i need your help on how to begin working on this. Im good with formulars so anything that will require formulars is not a problem. Coding is the hitch. I will begin working on later this today and will post my progress for evryone to see and review.

i forgot to say the buses have a timetable that runs two buses a day for each route, thus two buses one way meaning 4 buses two way. eg from NY to CN 1 bus @ 10am and another at 7pm then from CN to NY 1 bus at 11.30am and another at 2pm
