coding for countif and Len of

can you please suggest coding for text entered in coulm(A) record no one to end( Inno) reflecting length of character colum b and counting of same records- incolum c( Duplicate ) in the respective colums

One more doubt
I use to choose the extension of file with xlm
Now you have given me the file with extension of xls
I do not know how to create this can you please teach me on this
If i do not save the fie with extn xlm it will not work
However your file works

Who are you talking to?

If Excel 2007 or later, you should be able to save the file as .xlsm and.xls.
