    Prompt to select option

I have two columns I am working with. Column A is a cell to enter a quantity. Column B has the Product name.

Is it possible to have a prompt once a quantity is entered into Column A with two radio button options ("Option A", "Option B") once that is selected it will add that information to the end of Column B?

For example: If I enter "1" in A1 a prompt asks me to select an option. I choose "Option A"
B1 description states "Keyboard and Mouse Combo" but now that I selected Option A, It now reads "Keyboard and Mouse Compo Option A"

This prompt would be for some, but not all, lines in the A column.

Do you want this option selection to simply append the text "Option A" to the end of whatever text is already in column B?

This prompt would be for some, but not all, lines in the A column.
This is deadly. How to tell which ones apply?

Please attach a sample workbook to show your data layout, and we can enhance that. Otherwise we would have to build something from scratch, trying to guess what you want it to look like.

Yes, I would like it to append to the end of the text in column B.

Could there be some sort of rule set if column C contains a certain phrase? In my sample attachment each of the lines contain the words "Drawer Unit" in column C. Could that be used as a rule for the option? That would be ideal.

    Re: Prompt to select option

I am having issues with the ActiveX controls showing up. The shape pops up correctly, but the "options" do not. I am currently running Excel 2007. I have the ActiveX control settings in Trust center set to allow them. Any ideas?

I would do this with a UserForm. See attached.
