User form with Index Match for 2 input boxes

Good Afternoon,

I'm hoping you can help. I have a user form which has the entries, First name, Last name and Job Title. I'd like the Job title to be filled in from my "Starters" tab as the data is already in there.

When I input the data into Textbox1 (this is First name) and the data into Texbox2 (Surname) then I'd like Textbox3 (Job Title) to autofill from the Starters tab.

Please help?

Hi, sorry it would be textbox3 as I want textbox3 to auto fill once textbox1 and textbox2 are completed.

but I'm trying to essentially get this formula to work on VBA where A77 in this is textbox1 and B77 is textbox2.

Hi, you're not missing anything, I'm pretty tired and my brain just gave up.

The only thing I can do is try to explain to the best of my ability.

I have a user form with 3 text boxes.

Textbox1 = First Name
Textbox2 = Surname
Textbox3 = Job Title

What I'm looking for is when First Name and Surname is entered, it will provide the job title automatically. That way I don't have to have the user filling out information that is already located in the spreadsheet.

I know how do do this function with formulae but I can't seem to get it to work with VBA.
