Error 1004 Hidden Property of Range Class???

I posted this workbook a few days ago and have since made a few clean-ups on it. I am still getting a "Error 1004:Unable to set the Hidden Property of the Range Class" error message when I select any of the ListBox items. When I click to Debug this part of the code is highlighted:

When I close the VBA editor rows 4:393 are hidden. Once I unhide them the desired rows are showing and the undesired are hidden. So I am wondering if there is a setting or such that I need to correct?

One respondent told me this workbook performed fine on his Mac but I'm using Excel 2010 on a PC. He indicated that my error may have to do with ActiveX Controls, but since this same code works in another workbook I don't think that's the issue.
