Need to insert an absolute reference.

Hi- I'm trying to insert an absolute reference into this code but I can't figure out how to do so. I think the problem is that I have a defined range that I'm working within and the cell I'm trying to reference is not within that range.

This spreadsheet pulls cleaning assignments and populates them on each respective persons worksheet. I need it to reference cell B4 on each respective employees sheet so it can multiply the total earnings by whatever the value is in cell B4. I put in bold the line of text that I'm struggling with. The rest of the code is also there for reference in case that helps in understanding where I've gone wrong.
