You almost answered your own question, i.e. to notify the end of a macro put this line of code...a beep of some sorts
...as the last piece of code (make sure your speakers aren't muted as well).

Thanks for the help! I'll try it when I get on my computer. Does it come before the End script tag? (Very new to VBA code. Know just enough to get me in trouble :-) )
