check for characters and replace

HI,

I have sentences in column F. In column F if any sentence contains specific character then I wants to replace the same characters with specific character.
In attachment in sheet data I have sentences and in sheet ID’s in Column A I have given a list of specific text which needs to be replaced with characters given against the same cell in column B.

I will be adding more Keywords in to replace in Sheet ID’s.

Please provide comment about the code in you coding just for my understanding
