Count Specific Cell Value and Display Result

Hi Experts,

What I have is a series of data in "Main" Sheet. Under column H, there may be times that the submitter would submit multiple times, and I want to have them counted in "Consolidated" Sheet, where I have Associate Name and # of Entries. Can someone help me create a macro for this? I am also thinking of a month filter in "Consolidated" Sheet.

Doesn't seem to be much correlation between the worksheets ... wouldn't know how to go from a nearly empty worksheet to another almost completely empty worksheet with different column headings.

Rather than build the analysis from scratch, why not use a Pivot Table?
