Matching fully detailed names with abbreviated list of names

Dear All,
I am in need for a VBA that can match fully detailed names in column E with a master list of abbreviated names in Column A.

Ideally, I like of the VBA to pick up the closest match from Column A along with the Record that is associated with the names place the matched name and record in column F and G.

Also note that the master list of names in column A are written in the format of Last name, first name or initial. Fully detailed names are listed first name, second name, third name and ends with last name or partial of the last names. A mess

Please note that only some names in column E are abbreviated in Column A. I hope that when no match exist, the VBA can return empty cell or and N/A.

I tried Fuzzy lookup adds in module but did not produce reliable results, hence I am seeking help with a VBA.

I just tested the VBA and in second it returned all the possilbe choices. The job now is manageable.
