Grouping Rows Based on Values in Another Cell

Hi guys, I'm stuck in this case for grouping data. First, i have:
+Column C: contains total amount money. For example: 50,60,30,100

Now i will type in Column D the range to group column C. So i type in column D:
+Column D: D1: >50; D2: <50

I need VBA code to group the column C based on column D and copy values of column D paste to column B. Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

Could you include the excel workbook with sample data and the expected resuts? It would help a lot..
