On Click of button cell value should change

Hi,

I have a workbook with 2 sheets Data and Form.
Data Sheet has data in column 1
and Form sheet has a Form.

in the form sheet :
Cell B13 =Data!A3

I have a button in form sheet what i want is that if whenever i click on the button the value in B13 should change to the next value in the list in data spreadsheet in this case it should be =Data!A4. If i click again it should be =Data!A5 and so on. if the list ends that means if cell value = blank then display "ERROR list over".

Attaching the sample spreadsheet. Will Really appreciate your help.

What do you want to do when you reach the end of the list? Do you want to start over and have the button start at the beginning of the list again?
