Help speeding up a Macro

Hi

I have a macro in the attached spreadsheet "Remaining Tickets Report" that searches through dozens of spreadsheet and outputs any rows of data where a certain column has a value greater than 0. It runs extremely slow, even when searching on a few spreadsheets. I can see the data being pulled through onto the output spreadsheet very slowly, but oddly when I hit ESC to cancel it very quickly completes the run for that particular spreadsheet and stops after that.

"Remaining Tickets Report" is the spreadsheet I use to generate the list for the report, and "Unsold Tickets" is the template that the data is pulled through to.

The bulk of this macro was very kindly done for me by a user on this forum (thanks again John!), so I am very new to Macro so please use laymans terms...
