Need to create multiple forms after entering data

Hello,

Hope someone can help.

Our billing system requires standard forms/templates (BSM tab from attached file) to be completed so they can be loaded into each system. We have an Entries tab where we enter in customer info (Jim Jones, Mary Smith, Adam King, etc).

I am looking for Visual Basic help or any other ideas you might have so that a BSM tab is created (filling in appropriate data) for every entry in the Entries tab. (ie. BSM tab for Jim Jones, BSM tab for Mary Smith, BSM tab for Adam King)

Please let me know if you have any further questions - hope this is clear enough.
