Creating multiple standard forms with different data

    Hello,

I am hoping someone could please help me out.
I need to create multiple standard forms with data that I fill in on a separate tab.

On my Entries tab (from attached file) , I enter various information in (Jim Jones, Mary Smith, Adam King).
These entries need to be put in my BSM tab (has to be in this format) and I need one BSM tab for each entry. (BSM tab for Jim Jones, separate BSM tab for Mary Smith, etc.)

The issue I am having is when the headings from the two tabs are not in the same order. BSM tab will always be in this format, but the Entries tab data might change columns (ie first name will be in different column going forward).

Basically I am looking for a VBA lookup function to match columns from Entries tab and put them in the BSM tab for multiple forms.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'll try to help you with this today, but please provide a link to the other post where you're asking about this same thing, and in that post, please link to this post.

    Per the forum rules:

    8. Don't cross-post without a link. Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. You'll find people are disinclined to respond to cross-posts because they may be wasting their time solving a problem that has been solved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post. Expect cross-posts without a link to be closed.
I'm interested in starting a career working with VBA, if anyone knows of any opportunities!
