The only solution might be VBA, but first let me explain the following;
I've been working on an excel file where I want to be able to randomly schedule employees on a certain workplace. see attachment
There are 9 workstations, which each have their individual workplaces.
Employees can have certain competences which would be shown in either the 'Employee overview' or in the 'Hired Guys overview'.
There are two sheets with so called 'Reference forms'. In here I made a list with an IF formula to make a list of the people who can work on a certain place.
From this list I made dropdownlists, which are shown in 'Week 1'.
My problem is that I have no way to have excel automatically (and randomly) fill these dropdownlists.
I must say that if you have any suggestions or solutions to fill this for a daily basis, feel free to comment.
