text to columns do not keep the zeros

Hi all,
I need help with the following:

I have a text file that gets uploaded into a model and I apply text to columns, however column B has account number starting with zeros which are not kept.

How can i keep the zeros in the front of the account number.

Please highlight entire column B then right click, select Format Cells and Text or you may run macro
