Creating a countup timer

I created a countup second loop timer using VBA code. It works great but the problem i have is i want to run it on an Android phone (which doesn't support VBA).

#1. Is there a way to automatically update the time every second without using VBA?
#2. Does anyone have other ideas on how to get this spreadsheet to work on an Android phone?

There isn't a way to do it with VBA either. Open an XLSM file on Android and you get a "This version of Microsoft Excel can't run VBA macros" message. No Android version of Office (AFAIK) can run VBA.

In regards to my second question, here is a web based solution that is close to what i'm looking for. The problem is the counter will drift depending on if the processor on your phone bogs down. What I'm trying to do seems pretty simple but there doesn't seem to be an android solution out there (excel or otherwise).
