VBA to post to given websites

Hi

Hopefully I can get some help here! I have products for sale and need to post the data to several different websites. Is there a way that I can input data to a excel spreadsheet, hit a button called "Publish" and then several websites can be opened, data can be auto filled into the product forms on each site, then it can click on the save button on the website? I'd think that there is something out there that would be similar to this and can be modified but, I have had no luck at all!
