Knock off debit and credit value in the same column

Hi Team,

I have a file contains 25000 line items.

I want to separate the debit and credit for the same value.

eg:

IN column (Y) i have a values like (25,60,86,58,25,-60,-25,-25-86) in this i want to get the Actual balance (58) and balance things it should be in some colors or comments.

The thing i was receive multiple times for the same vales in that i want the actual balance only.

Please help us with the solution.

select the column > go to conditional formatting > use new rule >Format only cells that contains

It was not working you have made the script by two colours, I want that if I filter first colour i want to get all the knock off amount which i want total as (0) and the if i filter another colour the actual value of the file want to come.
