VBA return result

Hi,
I am looking some code for the attached workbook which searches sheet 2 "Data" column D for a match to the data in sheet "Reminders" column F and outputs the value in sheet "Reminders" column N if first occurrence, column O if second occurrence and so on. I had previously used an index/ match formula for this but it proved to be too slow.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi,
Works fine however I will have up to 10 different values to be output into sheet reminders is it possible to modify the code to show this? This would mean that the value would show in the order it has been input into sheet data from column N:W.
