borders around range of cells inside another range

HI all

The code I am supplying puts borders around each cell in the range A3:A4; B3:B4,.... until G4.

I am attempting to revise the code so that it will put borders around A3:D20, E3:H20; ....... until AB20.

In my new code, I have used the .Resize (17, 4), but I can only get 1 column of the group of 4 to print out.
