I thought I had this filter going right, but now it is broken and I don't know why. I want numbers 1,2,3,4,5 to show up in my results however when I apply the code below, nothing shows up.

That's because the numbers in col J are Text.
Select the column, Data > Text to columns, Finish.
If you don't reflexively center columns as a matter of course, you can tell at a glance: text aligns left and numbers right.
