I am trying to make a dynamic piece of code that takes data from one database(based on size to determine which piece of data) and places it in another sheet in a row that is determined by the last row data is on already. This breaks in the Set = Email_Database portion of the loop. Any advice?

Not sure what exactly you are trying to do with that line. Try removing the "Set" as you don't need it for what I think you are trying to do. Note: You are not using the variable X anywhere, do you really need the loop

Set is for objects, on the problem line of code you appear to want to set the value of one cell to the value of another, try removing Set.
