return FROM TO values from custom defined range , and return all possible combination

hello friends ,
i googled few things from below but dint find , what i am exactly looking ,
please check sample file .
1 ) column A,B,C has custom define sort/order values
2 ) column E:J is where we can input values manually , FROM TO values ( for example FROM 5 TO 10)
3 ) column L:N returns inbetween values mention in column E:J from columns abc respective ( for above example will return 5 6 7 8 9 10 vertically )
4 ) column P:R will return all possible combination of values in column L:N ....

point (1) and (2) is manually handled , point (3)and (4) is where marco has to work
