Create a button to filter rows of another sheet based on drop down selections

    Hi,
I am a beginner with excel macros. I have 2 drop down lists on Sheet 1 and I have created a button underneath these 2 lists. These lists contain possible filter criteria in a column on Sheet 2. Based on the user selections for both these drop down lists, when I click the button, I would like the rows in Sheet 2 to be filtered and displayed on a new sheet 3. Is it possible to achieve this easily without lengthy macros ? Please help.

    Thanks.
    J

Hello J welcome to the forum.

Perhaps you could utilise the Advanced Filter feature through VBA. In the attached file the criteria are on Sheet 1, the Data on Sheet 2 and the filtered result on Sheet 3. Could you maybe work with something like this?
