Changing the data range basing cell value

Hello ,

Is it possible to change the data range basing on cell value .

Like say

a graph was drawn with data range from B1 to B200

Now when say Cell A1 with a value of 100 ,then this graph range should automatically change to B1 to B100

like this when A1 =400 then range should be B1 to B400

A1 = 150 ,then RANGE will be B1 to B150

Hope I can find answer for this
