Combine and transpose rows of data under column headings

Hi,

I don't have any VBA experience and I need to organize rows of data in this format:

Vessel 1; Test 1; Value 1
Vessel 1; Test 2; Value 2
Vessel 1; Test 3; Value 3
Vessel 2; Test 1; Value 4
Vessel 2; Test 2; Value 5
Vessel 2; Test 3; Value 6

so that the tests are now column headers and the vessels and tests are only listed once:

(blank) ; Test 1 ; Test 2 ; Test 3
Vessel 1; Value 1; Value 2; Value 3;
Vessel 2; Value 4; Value 5; Value 6;

I would like to find a solution that will work on any number of vessels and tests so I can reuse it for several spreadsheets.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated!

Assuming Data starts from A1 and no blank row(s)/column(s) within data range.
