    Ignore label if option button is not selected

    On the attachement,,, tthe userform can have upto 14 questions/sections... not all will be completed at the same time,,, when the Save button is pressed it moves the information onto the Audit Sheet...... the information recorded is;

    Audit item from the label..... Colour representing the option button selected.... any comments.....

    When the save button is pressed it will also moves the audit item,, even if no option button is selected

    What i am trying to do is stop the Audit item from the label being recorded onto the sheet if no option button is selected for that particular item

    many thanks

    It would be easier if you attached a sample workbook, showing your actual userform structure.

    Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
    let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source

    After triel and error,,, and over thinking it,,, I discoverd the solution to be delete the entire row.... when the save button is pressed all the details are inserted onto the sheet,,, then if the cell containing the RAG is blank then the row is deleted....
