Printing reports on each item in a range

I have an educational dashboard that gives me a report for each grade. I want to print reports for all grades using a macro that will loop through a list of grades ("source", set the value of a cell on "TargetSheet", print report, and repeat for each grade on a list. Thank you for your help

Hi and welcome. This sounds reasonably straight forward however you'll need to provide your worksheet so that a macro that is meaningful can be written.

Thank you so much for your help. Cell A5 on Sheet "Report" populates the report. cell A5 represents a class. On sheet "classes" Column C contains a list of class names. I'd like to call a macro to populate report!a5 with a class name on Classes!C4 through: c40, print report! and populate with next class,End loop at first blank cell. Thank you so much for your reply and the welcome.

OK. Your workbook had links in it which I couldn't see but this should work all the same.

It adjusts the $a$5 value through all the relevant classes until it comes to a blank cell. Assuming you've got your links right the data will amend accordingly.

There is a line you'll need to populate yourself because I don't have access to your printer. Not sure how you are printing - whether to printer or pdf or some other file. I would suggest recording a macro using the recorder of printing out one report to your desired printer then copying the print macro that generates into the missing line below.
