Listbox to textbox userform

Hello, I am very very new to userform and am self teaching how to use it. I am trying to create a list that once an choice is picked it will populate corresponding data into a textbox the user can see. More detailed. I have have a list of location names if location 1 is picked I want the textbox to populate the address and phone number. Is something like this possible?

Thanks for the help, I'm trying to adjust it for what I need but I appreciate the input. Like I said I'm very new to this. I taught myself excel kinda and now am learning userform kinda, so it's a bit tricky but I like it.
