VBA copy cell to second worksheet with date/time stamp

Hello magnanimous ones,
I have a macro that generates daily reports. One of the commands is to copy a cell's value (string) from the main sheet to an "event" sheet (the second worksheet). This one cell is changed 2-3 times a day so when the cell value changes, a date and time stamp will be tagged to that copied data in the second worksheet ad infinitim. The end result is rows of temporal data generated from the mainsheet. My problem is 1.) whatever is entered into B69 is not pasting into the other worksheet and 2.) the date/time stamp is occurring on the mainsheet in B70 and not in the second worksheet - i know it isn't . I would like the value to paste into B:B and the date/time stamp to propagate into A:A.
