Charting Data that Changes

I hope that someone can help me. I record my macros and the data is usually static as can be seen in the code below.

I am trying to chart Columns A and E only. The data in the chart changes on a weekly basis. Sometimes I have 22 rows (as in the example) and sometimes as many as 45.

My Headings are always in Row 6.

How do I automate the process so that the data is selected correctly? Instead of the static range A6:A22 and E6:E22, I would like to select A6:to the bottom row and E6:to the bottom row. Both Columns A and E do not have blank rows (E at least has a 0).

I have looked around and various people have suggested various things from Named Ranges etc. However, I have not been able to make it work.

Would greatly appreciate any help.
