Assistance require to add column 'M' in concatenate

Hello friends,

I want to add column 'M' in concatenate.
The code is working fine only I want an amendment to add column 'M' in concatenate as shown require output in column 'O'. No any other change in the code is require.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

If there is no data then the user enter a dash sign in column 'l'. At this time I don't want a dash sign in the concatenate.
The data in column 'M' should be always in the second line in a cell.

In short:
If there is a dash sign in any of these columns 'j:m' then it should replace to "" and the data inn column 'M' should be always be in the second line.

The code is working fine but if there is dash sign in range then the dash sign is in concatenate column 'N' which I don't want.
