When I set the zoom size to less than 100 on my USERFORMs, the controls all resize in font, height, width, and position but the form itself does not resize. There is blank form areas to the right and below all of the controls. Is this another Excel 2016 September update bug like the control transparency? I can't find any reference to this problem on the internet.

Userform.Zoom = 80. This resizes all of the fonts, widths, heights, left, and tops for all controls but doesn't resize the form itself. See below image:

Your MakeFormResizable works great and I have added to my collection of API controls for future use. However, I do not want the user to re-esize the forms so I have added the below code to my resizing routine where I set the type ZoomSetting based on the screen size, etc.

I am encountering a similar problem but Winon's code seem incomplete, because EssoExplJoe is referring to some code lines that I don't see in Winon's code.
I also don't see what part of Winon's code changes the UserForm size/zoom
