Macro for cell entry text

Hi Champs,

I have a report with

Date -------------- column A
Description----------- column B
Amount-----------------column C


Description has two categories "trabsfer from" and "transfer to" for a partcular date.

So for each day there may be n number of "trabsfer from" and "transfer to".


I need a macro to output mentioned in output sheet like

if input description has 4 entry in "transfer from", then 4 entry of "transfer to" should be added

and same for input description "transfer to". pls refer the output for clear understanding.


Amouunt in input has to be split up as Dr and Cr based on entry. Thanks for the help in advance.
