Need Help with Very Simple Combo Box

Hey guys im just working on my first project in VBA and can't figure out how to get a very simple combo box to work.

Here's what I have so far \1

So Sheet 1 contains some data, and Sheet 2 is empty with just a combo box that ive created.

Ive named column B "Names" but if i set the property of the combobox to select all data from the range "Names" it includes the cell B1 (Employee Name)

So instead i tried to code the range from B2 to the last filled cell in B2 but im getting a Type mismatch error.

Any help will be much appreciated.
