Can this multiple Find and Replace macro be modified

Hi, I use the following macro to find and replace within a single column. I use this function a lot when
sorting through 1000's of products on a daily basis.

I was wondering if anyone had a method of doing the same job that was simpler to edit and use

Am no VBA expert but does this work?

In Sheet 1 column A put the list of what you're trying to replace, ie
1020
1030
1040
400
430
etc

In Sheet 1 column B put the description of the equipment ie
EliteBook Folio 1020
EliteBook Folio 1030
EliteBook Folio 1040
Prodesk 400
ProBook 430
etc

Then use this code
