mirror data between cells in different worksheets

Hi there, I've searched everywhere for a solution to this but I cannot get anything to work.

I have 2 worksheets which basically mirror each other, but data is in different positions. I would like the user to be able to enter data into either of the sheets and it will still appear in the other.

I found another post here http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...orksheets.html which is exactly what I want, but try as I might, nothing happens... not even errors

and this is in a 'standard module' (which when I right-click the VBA Project I click on 'Insert > Module' - this opens 'Module1' in the Modules folder (Excel 2007) )

I must be missing something or just doing it wrong

Thanks for your reply. I don't really understand this code

Although my sheets contain the same data, the layouts are different....

The range that I wish to mirror on sheet1 are AS13:BO47 and on sheet2 they are O10:AA44

I do not understand what Worksheets("m") is nor Cells(Target.Row-3, Target.Column-30)
