Generate hyperlinks in an excel cell, and populate the columns in the resulting form?

Hi Friends,

I want to know how can i generate a hyperlink in an excel cell and populate the data present in different columns in the same spreadsheet in to a form( form loaded in a webpage after clicking the hyperlink created).

I would be obliged if anyone could help me with the same.

Web page address can contain some values from spreadsheet, without any additional data nobody will able to give you ready solution.
Information can be copied/transfered from excel sheet to web page using VBA. But again - on your super general question just general answers.
Give us more details, web address of form, upload sample file with "different columns" and dummy data.
