Combine date and part of a workbook's name into a cell

Hi,

I work with spreadsheets all having a different name, but the name formatted in a similar fashion. The goal is to automate the content of a cell, containing both part of today's date, as well as part of the book's name.

The name can be something like this: RCVG-PH_Pandahall_1612161325 What I need, is code that generates the following content for a given cell(let's say B2, and using Thursday's date as an example):

01-26PH

The name of the book will always contain 2 letters right after a dash (-), followed by an underscore (_). Those 2 letters are the ones I need along with the abbreviated date (day/month), in the format dd-mm(XX)
