Search for NHA # and Part # in Workbook 2 -> Pull Corresponding Data into Workbook 1

Here is what I want to do.

1. Book 1 - Sheet 1 --> If Manufacturer Name is BLANK in Column K, THEN take NHA No (Column M) and Part Number (Column P) and search for it in Book 2 - Sheet 1 in Column B and Column G
2. If NHA and Part Number match then copy Inship (Column H) and Manufacturer (Column I) into Book 1 - Sheet 1 - Columns I and K.

I feel like I am maybe close with this code...but I am having issues with the first If statement.
