Conditionally Removing Duplicates

Hi all!

I'm currently working with a data set that looks something like the attached worksheet.

I'm wondering what the easiest way would be to remove duplicates in the "Number" column and ensure that the unique values being retained are chosen based on the most common occurrence of values in the "Cat" column.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Use Remove Duplicates. (I copied your range to a different range, this way you still have original data if you will need it?) then on New Range, select Both Columns and hit Remove Duplicates....Very fast and Easy (and if you needed your original data - we've saved it in its original location!!)
