Repeating your first post is not asking a question.
What do you need assistance with? Right clicking on column B, adding a menu to the right click menu, getting a validation list ?
Kindly assist us in supplying what you have tried and showing what you need assistance with.

I don't know how to create such a list in a cell right click event. So need help on that
