Delete the first occurrence for specific value

Hello everyone
I have values in five columns B:F and I would like to search for the value 1 in these values
The issue I need is to delete the sets (rows) that occurs first in sequence

For example :
In row 5 and 6 the value occurred twice so I would need to delete row 5 (the first occurrence)

Another instance:
In row 9 the value 1 is existing but no values in row before neither row after so this will NOT be deleted (kept)

Another instance:
In rows 12 & 13 & 14 & 15 : the value existed in these rows so the first one would be deleted only
