Vba duplicate entries are not showing in navigation

It's because you're using the Find function, which does a new search each time starting from the first cell (by default) and keeps finding the first occurrence, which you've already found - hence you're not progressing beyond that first occurrence. Have a look at the "After:=" parameter in the find function. If that puts you on the right track and you can modify it from here, let me know otherwise I'll fix it for you ...

PS - you might want to note that a shortening of Assistant Manager in English should not be *** Manager! Try Asst Manager :-)
