Solver Issues

Hi , I am trying to use solver to minimise the difference between a guessed temperature value and a calculated temperature value in order to find the actual value. I have two formulas. one which calculates x from the guessed temperature value. this value of x is then used to calculated the calculated temperature. So far I have made a column with the formula (T guess - T calculated)^2 and using solver i set this column to 0 by varying the T guess column and also using the constraints Tguess <= 333 and Tguess>= 283. However, when I click solve I get the error "run- time error '1004' Application - defined or object - defined error". Any ideas what is going wrong? i've attached some of the screen shots of my spreadsheet as well, the value for q is just a constant which is given to me.
