    Convert xml file to CSV and run the code by double click in Win7

    Hi Excel Experts

    I have a requirement to convert xml file to CSV format to be read by applications like Excel or OpenOffice Calc, and this must be archived by double click on the script file in Windows 7.

    Is this achievable at all?
