Append files from different folders

Hey everyone,

I have two folders: 2015 and 2016

In each folder there are 40 files, one file for each customer.

Is there a way I could employ a macro to select the matching files and append them? For example, open "Aveeno 2015" and append it to the "Aveeno 2016" file, open the "Loreal 2015" and append it to "Loreal 2016", etc.?

Sure. Ideally, I would like to open a customer file in the folder "2015", say "Loreal", and append it (add to the end) of the Loreal file that is in the 2016 folder.

The end result is that the "Loreal" file in the 2016 folder would have 2015 and 2016 data in it.

Columns A - IL. The row number is variable

Assumes all data in Worksheets(1) and all files in both folders have identical names except for the year...
