VBA copy data over if it fits a certain catagorie

Hi

I need help please. I have a work sheet with two tabs, the first tab "Data" has all my master data on it. In column "O" I have coded each row with either 0,1,2,3,4 depending on certain qualities.

I want to be able to move all of the rows or data that has the code "0" in column "O" on to the second tab.

I'm new to Macro and struggling a little, so a pointer in the right direction would be helpful.
